What if it becomes too difficult for Earth to sustain us?

By some estimates, three-quarters of life on Earth became extinct between 60,000 to 70,000 years ago. Science tells us that three factors are responsible for life on planet Earth as we currently know it: Our Atmosphere, our Water, and being in a Temperature Friendly Zone. We humans pridefully boast of both the accelerating speed at which knowledge is gained, and of the pace at which technological advancements are born.

Conversely, but very much in our nature, we are unwilling to acknowledge the speed at which that knowledge results in destructive consequences to the atmosphere and water, or how global warming and other adverse environmental changes outpace those technological advancements. We have put our land, our atmosphere, our water, our climate, and ourselves, at risk.

So, the question becomes: “Will our future technological prowess provide us with a way to engage with nature and survive on planet Earth when It is no longer as hospitable?”

We have put our land, our atmosphere, our water, our climate, and ourselves, at risk.
